Scholarship Winners

Congratulations to Dylan Wilson and Kalyn Haar, both of Civic Memorial High School, who each earned a $1,000 scholarship from the Kiwanis Club of Wood River Township.  Dylan will be pursuing an education in Electrical Technologies at Ranken Technical College, and Kalyn will be seeking a Nursing Degree at Truman State University.  Both students are deserving of these awards.

Thank you to Our Dedicated Patrons

Thank you to the fantastic patrons of the Kiwanis Barbecue. For the first time in Club history, we sold out of over 3800 lbs of pork by 5:30 Friday evening.  Thus, the scheduled last day of the barbecue, we didn't open.  The Kiwanis Club of Wood River Township extends a profound thanks to such wonderful customers.  Your donations will help many children in the upcoming year.

See you at the next barbecue, June 2nd, 3rd, & 4th.
